Role

As Project Development Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering national improvement projects within Community Justice Scotland. Working closely with the Head of Operations – Projects and colleagues across the organisation, you’ll scope and develop strategic proposals, engage with national stakeholders, and support project delivery that drives meaningful change in community justice. 

We’re looking for someone with experience in project environments and a passion for evidence-based reform and continuous improvement. If you're committed to improving outcomes for people in contact with the justice system and thrive in collaborative, insight-driven work, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
