We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate, and experienced Support Worker to help us make a meaningful difference in Renfrewshire.

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver a mix of 1:1 and group support, helping to build a stronger, safer and more connected community.

STAR Project (est. 1999) is an award-winning community organisation that delivers long lasting positive social outcomes, building safer, more connected and resilient communities in Renfrewshire. We facilitate creative and skills-based group, individual and community supports, tackling poverty, deprivation, inequality and stigma.
