Role
Craft Scotland is seeking a Learning Manager to deliver our Learning and Engagement programme which plays an important role in supporting professional development across the craft sector.
This new role will develop and expand the current successful programme, which includes skills development and mentoring for individuals, sector learning programmes, talks and conferences and national partnership projects.
The Learning Manager will programme skills development sessions and networking events to support Career-Long Professional Learning (CLPL) for teachers and develop new links to education departments in Scottish Government and local authorities.
They will continue to shape and deliver existing partnership projects and progress sector learning initiatives, providing training and knowledge sharing in key areas such as EDI and sustainability and climate action.
With the Director, the Learning Manager will also develop and co-ordinate a biennial symposium or conference and programme talks across the year.
