Are you an organised, supportive leader who’s passionate about helping people thrive? We’re looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager / Volunteer Coordinator to strengthen our team and help us make a bigger impact in our community.

About the role:

• Support the CEO in the day-to-day running of our services

• Recruit, train and coordinate our amazing volunteers

• Ensure volunteers feel valued, supported, and motivated

• Help develop new initiatives and maintain high-quality service delivery

• Build strong relationships with our community and partners

About you:

• Proven experience in team leadership, volunteer management, or community work

• Excellent organisational and people skills

• Confident communicator with a supportive, positive attitude

• Able to motivate and inspire others

• Flexible and adaptable, with good problem-solving abilities
