Role

PF Counselling Service is a forward-thinking and highly respected charity that provides affordable, professional counselling to a wide and diverse range of people.

We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and self-motivated professional to lead the organisation through an important period of change and development. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a well-established service that transforms lives through accessible therapy.

The successful candidate will bring a blend of clinical insight, strong managerial experience, and inspirational leadership. You will be responsible for sustaining and evolving our core counselling services, supporting our team, and guiding the organisation’s strategic growth in a changing landscape.
