Role
Are you ready to play a key role in helping people turn a house into a home? Join Castle as our Home Coordinator and support individuals and families across Fife with essential household support during times of financial hardship.
We are looking for someone with a passion for community based work, with strong coordination skills, compassion, and the ability to build partnerships that deliver real impact.
You will manage referrals for household support, including sourcing essential items and linking people into wider services that help sustain tenancies and improve wellbeing. You will work closely within communities, voluntary and public sector partners, and actively participate in local poverty action groups to ensure a holistic community led approach.
