Role

Are you passionate about the eradication of Men’s Violence against Women and Girls (MVAWG) and women's homelessness from a feminist perspective?  

Do you want to make a difference to the lives of young female survivors of sexual abuse? Could you help them develop the skills needed to cope with what has happened to them and build an independent life and positive future?  

As a Resource Worker with SAY Women, with your experience of providing emotional support and crisis intervention to vulnerable young women, you will be able to do this for the young women in our service. Your understanding of by MVAWG will help you bring the feminist perspective to your one-to-one Keywork and crisis support sessions, helping survivors work towards an independent and happy, successful life.

Salary: £27,627 (AP4) pro rata

Hours: Part Time – 21 hours per week
