Role

Mayfield and Easthouses Youth 2000 Project (Y2K), is a community based youth organisation that provides a diverse range of support, opportunities and services for young people living in Midlothian between the ages of 11-21 years old. We aim to support young people to feel healthy, happy and valued members of their communities through the delivery of holistic, youth led projects. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated senior youth worker to join our team! 

Y2Ks Cashback 180 service provides targeted support for young people involved in or at risk of becoming involved in anti-social, offending and risk taking behaviours. Through the delivery of holistic, person centred 1:1, group work and open access support, we aim to support young people to make positive changes in order to work towards more positive futures. We are recruiting a 180 coordinator to join the leadership team and coordinate the delivery of CashBack 180 service delivery. Please note that a drivers licence and access to own vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
