We are looking for an Outreach Worker!

Are you a people-person with a passion for making the world a better place? Do you love connecting people together, supporting people’s strengths and building community?

We are looking to recruit a motivated, compassionate, people-focussed professional to become our very first Outreach Worker and support the next stage of Kairos Women+! This is an active, dynamic role with the post-holder travelling across Renfrewshire as well as delivering a weekly group our community hub. If this sounds like you, download the application pack!

ABOUT US

Kairos Women+ is a community-led organisation based in Renfrewshire, Scotland. We believe in the power of collaborative decision-making, bringing women+ (inclusive of trans women and non-binary people) together to influence our community as active, engaged members of the local community. We value the strengths and lived experience of each woman+ we meet, recognising the influence they have in their own lives and the lives of others, and we actively reach out to women+ experiencing tough times to ensure they are included and involved.
