About the role

The employer for this position is the guardian of a young man with complex needs who lives in his own flat, with a team of staff providing 24/7 support delivered by Ark. He requires 1:1 support to stay safe and meet his health and personal care needs at home. He requires 2:1 support to safely access the community.
