Role

We have positions in 3 of our services in the following areas of Edinburgh - Leith, Tollcross and Bruntsfield. We support individuals who are homeless and most likely have experienced some level of trauma, exclusion, and stigma in their life.

The Job

As a service we provide emotional and practical support with a harm reduction ethos. You will offer support to individuals to develop and maintain independent living skills.

The Candidate

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Be person-centred with a commitment to a trauma-informed approach.
• Be skilled in building trusting relationships.
• Have a non-judgemental approach.
