As Scotland’s membership organisation and sector support body for the performing arts, we have been undergoing an exciting transformation. Following a restructure in early 2024, we are seeking passionate, skilled and dedicated new staff members to join the team that was appointed in late 2024, to support and champion the performing arts in Scotland. Working with FST, you’ll play a vital role in the future of this essential part of the cultural sector.

This is your opportunity to join a newly appointed team, in a staffing structure designed to support the implementation of a strengthened strategic framework and renewed business plan at an exciting time in the evolution of FST.

The Change Programmes Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring FST achieves its strategic objective of amplifying our impact by developing more innovative and effective ways to drive change for people in the sector.

They will work across four key areas:

• Policies and planning
• Professional and sector development
• Projects
• Partnerships
