Having a baby is a major, life changing event and many mothers and parents can end up feeling overwhelmed by the responsibility. Perinatal Mental Health Borders is a Scottish Registered Charity and has, for over a decade, been providing evidence based therapy for those affected by the birth of a child and early parenthood. Support is available from PMH Borders for all parents living in the Scottish Borders. If you are feeling low, coming along to PMH Borders for the first time is a big step towards getting the support you need – you might feel a bit anxious, but our experienced and dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way.
