Safe Space is seeking an experienced professional Manager to lead and manage a small, specialised trauma team delivering specialised counselling services and groupwork to adults and young people who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. The team offers long-term counselling and a wide range of groupwork that is well established and successful within the Fife community. We are looking for an individual who can: • Commit to working flexibly and creatively with a small team of professionals within a variety of modalities. • Be creative, open-minded and curious about the way the service can be delivered. • Use excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide range of people. • Operate with autonomy in a collaborative and supportive way with a team who are skilled and experienced in their field. • An opportunity to lead a small close-knit team that delivers life-changing support services to clients who have experienced trauma • A Board of Directors who are professional and supportive to the Manager and the team. • A collaborative environment within a very small team.
