    We understand the importance of having a lifelong support network. ​Our aim is to help care leavers thrive. We offer help and advice to care leavers and are always here to listen. Our projects are available to anyone over 16 who has been in foster care or residential care during their childhoods. Rees Foundation can make a real difference to care experienced people and we want to celebrate any and all personal and professional achievements, no matter how big or small.
